AT investors, I need your help understanding something

Here is the 13 week tbill. What is that index value of 0.1150 telling me? There is no way that is the yield unless it is a %, so it actually telling me that it is slightly over 1% of 1%. That seems extraordinarily low, but I've heard that the rate on treasury's is damn near zero right now.

Anyways, I'm confused. 😕
 
Try INGDirect, they're still over 2%

For a retirement account, it's a good time to buy S&P 500 mutual fund or ETF shares and hold them for a decade or more.
