AT forums software

What software do you use to implement these forums? I need to set up a forum for our company intranet, and this is the best looking forum package I've seen. Can you tell me where you got it. Also, are there any other good candidates I should consider, particularly cheap or freeware apps.

I also found IdealBB. It looks like it has similar features, and it's free!

Actually idealbb, doesn't havehalf of the features in FuseTalk 3. Its load testing is also 1/8th of what we have put fusetalk through. But, its better than alot of the other free ones on the market.
