Way back in the day there was a user who's username was nef. He posted time after time in a row in one thread just to up his count to change status. There was a member that posted here at the time by the name of endymion(SP?) that coined the term/phrase associated with it. Basically it's used for anyone posting just to up their postcount or just goofing off and posting crap. Make sense?

I knew the word shenanigans but I rarely ever used it IRL. Now shens is a frequently used item in my vocabulary.
I've started using 'neffing' as a substitute for 'slacking off' or 'wasting time'
