I didn't start this post to ask you guys to cheat or to vote just for my friend. If you read the letters and you think my friends son's letter is the best then it deserves your vote, if not then it doesn't. I would not have posted it here except I didn't think the other entry getting 45+ votes after last night when someone posted free stuff for voting for one specific entry on another forum and that is really not right in my opinion.

And I for one agree that buying votes is an underhanded move. That Is why I (and likely many other AT'ers) got your vote. Plus, it sounds like kid #7 deserves a break.

The sucky thing for #4 is that it wasn't his dad that did that, it was an online friend of his that posted about it at the other forum and when it came to the end and he was down the admin of that forum is the one that came up with the idea to buy votes. I feel bad having posted here asking for people to read the letters and vote but know that last night when my friend called me he thought he had a big enough lead he would win, by the time I drove 4 hours home he was actually down by a bunch of votes. Those were from people not reading the letters and not voting with their own minds. Ironically the guy that is posting asking for the vote to be stopped because I posted on AT is on a non static connection.
