AT CS Server Update

For those of you that may have noticed, the server has now been down 3 days. This isn't permanent. The machine I was on started having random crashes a few days ago, and I've just fully rebuilt it.

Now that CS 1.4 is out, I'm going to wait for the Server File updates. The server should be up by the weekend, hopefully.
