Asynchronous NAND flash interface specifications

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if anyone knows where to get a copy of the generic asynchronous NAND flash interface specifications? I'm not talking about ONFI.

I'm trying to port a design from 1 NAND flash controller to another, and I'm having some problems with this. After probing the the data bus FAD[7:0] of both designs, I realized that one is active high with FAD[0] as the LSB, and the other is active low with FAD[0] as the MSB. I suspect this is the cause of my problems.

Thanks!

AMD also has datasheets for their NAND flash. Most flash interfaces are the same with minor differences in timing requirements.

Thanks guys!

Another thing related to NAND flash...are there any NAND flash chips that have a USB interface, i.e. an integrated USB-NAND controller? I know Greenliant makes NANDrives that have a SATA/IDE interface, but a quick google search didn't show any that have a USB interface.

Thanks!
