What flavor of Windows are you running? The 17338 Log.ini file is the instruction to the product installer as to what it should be logging during that phase of the installation. Since it's just a temp file, it should no longer be needed and not affecting Windows. Has there been a recent installation failure of any Asus software i.e., motherboard, bluray player or the like?
