Asus Z97-Pro: Worth The $188?

This Asus Z97-Pro costs $188. Is there a better motherboard for less than that with almost the exact same specs?

Asus makes nice stuff and I hear their UEFI bios is about the best. That said, that board looks pretty plain on features to me. I guess the big thing is if you NEED quad SLI and 3 way crossfire.
