ASUS X99-AII Blinking Blue Lights?

The PCI Slot clips on my mobo are blinking blue. Does anyone know what that represents or means?
I'm having trouble with playback on a Blackmagic DeckLink Mini Monitor 4k Card in one of the PCI slots.
Incidentally, the status code is AA.

AA from googling means nothing.
The blinking blue lights can be a feature of the board in aura led profile.
