I'm about to buy a new motherboard and now I'm down to 3 options:

ASUS P4G8X deluxe
MSI GNB MAX-FISR
Gigabyte GA-8INXP

Which one do you all recommend, and why?

Thanks a lot guys.... btw, this is my first post here :)

Haven't tried any of those boards, but from my experience in the past with Intel and AMD cpus I would go with Asus first, Gigabyte and then MSI.

MSI has good boards, but some annoying little problems then and now.

Okay, for the people who said Gigabyte, could you tell me why?
Most people I asked told me to get asus because (they said) asus is more reliable
but I was also interested in the gigabyte.
So, please tell me why this model (GA-8INXP) is superior to asus?

Thanks a lot!!

Best means may things.

Most reliable, no real emphasis on overclocking
#1 Intel
#2 Tyan

Fastest Overclock & generally reliable (but not up to the above), and supported well
#1 Asus
#2 Aopen (generally a tie for #2, varies by board)
#2 Gigabyte

I have to go with Asus for their support, I RMA'd a board last month that I bought refurbished, and they sent me a replacement in a little over 3 weeks. Abit did the same when my be6-II died.
