ASUS USB 3.0 Front Panel Solution

Since last year, USB 3.0 has been promoted widely worldwide with most of the motherboard manufacturers. After Intel claimed it will support USB 3.0 new technology standard, device makers has started to invest on designing and making a variety of USB 3.0 devices. 😀

USB 3.0 is not the latest technology in the market, but compatibility issue between chassis and devices seems yet been solved completely.

Today, with the source from Taiwan, ASUS, the biggest motherboard manufacturer has recently proactively in touch with the chassis manufacturer to work on this USB 3.0 solutions. ASUS features an additional NEC chip that supports two front panel USB 3.0 headers on the P7P55/USB3 motherboard to solve this compatibility issue and it seems it works perfectly fine. Once again, good job from ASUS.
