Never flashed a BIOS with a program like this. Anyone here used this before? Is it very much trouble? Can you give me some insight? Thanks in advance.

It's very easy to use. First, undo any overclocking you've done. 2nd, download and unzip the bios file to a folder you can find. Next, start Asus Update and then choose 'update bios from a file' and point it to the bios file and hit next. Check the message that comes up at the bottom right part of the window, and then hit flash. Restart the system when it prompts you and you're done. Good luck. Peace.

i was afraid of using it myself, but i couldnt get the bios flash utility to work. but after using Asus update once, i would definitely do it again in the future.

I'll second that. Also it makes the "old" floppy even more useless.

Thanks folks. It worked like a charm. I forgot to change overclock but it didn't seem to matter. I also now have my AMD 2400 overclocked to 2220 MHz after the BIOS update. No telling how high this thing can be clocked to now.
