I am confused,please some one enlighten me.
What 6 g is missing compared to o6 g apart from clock rates that it cost 20$ less.

Almost certainly nothing. These sort of micro price increases for clock speed bumps seem to be relatively normal.

So I can buy 6g for 20 less n then simply bring it to exact same clock lvl like o6g n viola I have o6g version.am I right?

Yes. The jump in base clock speed is not enough to be unavailable due to silicon lottery, so you should be fine. Sometimes, the slightly fancier cards may include extra power pins/phases, but that doesn't seem to be the case with this generation. My base EVGA 1080 is about 100 Mhz lower than the SC model, and everything else is pretty much the same.

Is it possible that oc version is somehow more flexible in ocing further to better extent compared to non oc version.

Maybe, but I would imagine that most companies wouldn't worry about binning chips for the smaller OCs or feature sets. For example, EVGA probably doesn't worry so much about binning for the SC model, but the FTW cards are most likely binned.
