Asus Striker II Formula

hi guys i just bought a Asus Striker II
Just wondering what the best BIOS to use is and what settings i should use i have 2 x 8800 GTX, QX 6700, 4GB corsair Dominator RAM, are there any things i should look out for as i build my new PC, ive read a few places that the NB and SB run hot but then ive heard others say its ok????
Anyway any advice would be greatfully appreciated

1001 is the most current version and it works well. Make sure your ram is manually set to the right timings and voltage. If you've got good case cooling your bridges will be ok. I had to increase most voltages by .05 to get things stable for me. You really should be asking these questions at the asus forum in the striker II formula section.

What kind of overclocks are you guys getting on your Striker II's?(if you are overclocking)

I run mine on a 1333fsb and that is all I plan on doing. I want a long term stable machine. I have all the stuff for serious oc but that is not my goal.
