asus sli and wd raptor 74

I have a asus sli with a raptor 74 and it post saying its a LBA 74 SATA and its running at 127 m by hdtach which is ata 133 any idea why it wont recgonize it a sata 150?


system specs:
asus sli deluxe
amd 64 3000 - oc to 2250 mhz
wd raptor 74
ocz el 3200 platinum rev 2 , 1 gig dual channel
bfg 6800 ultra oc pci-e
audigy 2 zs

Im not entirely sure what you are on about, but trust me, if you are using it, the system knows it is sata 150. The drive will not use all of its available bandwidth except possibly for short burst reads. Even 7200rpm ata 133 drives only average 60-70 mb.

Are you wondering why it doesn't say sata150? Its probably because there is only one sata standard your board can use: sata150. However, it can use pata133, 100, 66, and so on, so it specifies which it is using.
