I have an Asus motherboard that I may have to RMA. I was wondering if asus will cross ship a replacement motherboard, or if you have to first send your board in and wait til they receive it to get a replacement?

Its normally:

You send it. When they get it, they send theirs.

I mean, if you don't send it first, how will they that you have a jacked up board?

Well, in my case, a small plastic piece broke so I wanted a replacement.
Asus does offer a "premium RMA". They require a credit card and will charge the actual price of the board which will be credited back once the defective motherboard is returned to asus.
