Asus RMA Process - Need Help

Bummer, wasn't paying attention, bought a new Asus board from Newegg and didnt realize if its bad, you have to send it to Asus, not Newegg. DOA right out of the box and it has to go to Asus.

I cannot find the Asus RMA process on their site. Anyone have a link or know the process?

Thanks for your help.

Well seeing is it is brand new, I dont see why newegg wont replace it.

Actually now you have to contact your reseller for warranty replacement on asus' motherborads as per Asus Warranty Support

or you can try on that page a little further down server barebons and motherboards, can try to get rma through them but its for there server products

Sorry to bump but I recieved my board on friday from newegg.com ASUS A8N-SLI DELUXE DOA too. Wierd maybe newegg.com has a bad batch of them.
