Can someone tell me the RMA procedure for Asus boards? (in Canada especially)

Got two dead boards here... a Slot 1 and a Socket A, hoping I can do something with them as I can't find a Slot 1 board around...

I have no receipts or paperwork...

Thanks

Yeah, your kinda SOL there bub. For one, having a dead board doesn't mean you can RMA it. That Slot 1 is probably out of warranty, and who know about the other. Also, look on the Asus site, they have their policy stated somewhere...

Asus states they have a 3 year warranty... this was one of the later Slot 1 boards... so theres a chance it still might be covered.

I wish they had a lookup by serial number as they do with hard drives... :(

i do not like asus RMA here in the USA.

I sent in two boards, and got them back. i had no indication what they did w/the boards. they even took off the serial stickers from the boards!

i put in my compoenents, and they don't even work still.

i had a rep contact me after my unhappy emails, and i left 2 messages for him to call me back.

no return calls after 1 month.

good luck w/your RMA, 'cause mine sure sucks.
