ASUS rampage II gene no video signal?

Hey guys, I need your help.

Last night I built my core i7 machine (see below for specs)

motherboard: asus rampage II gene
processor: core i7 920
memory: super talent ddr3 1600 2x2gb
videocard: evga 8800gts 320mb
hard drive: seagate 250gb sata

After I built my system, I powered it on and noticed that nothing was happening on my monitor. Just a blank screen. I know the video card is working because I pulled it out from my previous machine. When I power my machine on, all the fans work and some of the lights on my motherboard is on. I'm not sure what's causing this.

 
try only 1 stick of RAM in the furthest DIMM from the CPU socket and go from there.

You do know you need to use the outer set of DIMM slots in order to post???
 
That didn't work. I called asus tech support and they told me that my bios is outdated. Apparently older bios doesn't work with the D0 stepping. They are sending me a new bios so hopefully that will fix the problem.
