Asus Rampage Formula x48 Compatible Heatsink Help

Hi guys im new to the system building im just wondering:

Im about to buy an Asus Rampage Formula Motherboard and i was thinking if Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer or the Xigmatek S1823 will fit the asus rampage formula motherboard

can you give any other suggestions of what will fit in the mobo that cools down the cpu

and to add will this mobo + the heatsink that will fit can be put inside the cosmos s?

I have a Noctua-U12P on a Rampage in a 830 case. Wish I could tell you how well it works, still waiting on a PSU and hard drive. According to reviews it is pretty close to a True in terms of cooling and is pretty quiet, which is what I wanted. It is about 6 and 3/8 inches measuring from the motherboard to the end of the cooler installed.
