Asus products go better with Asus components?

I have a Asus P3v4x and I used a MSI slotket with the FCPG cpu I put in the mobo. Now in win98 and not win2000. ...I had mass :| registry errors. I was told to get the Asus DL slotket and there would be no problem....?

Your MSI slotket is probably suffering from bad karma, I suggest you make peace with everyone on here before you even try to ask for advice.
