I already have a case . I'm uncertain about the size of the power supply. Hopefully I have not left anything out, and I could use some help as to whether all the things should work together. I process large volumes of data and do video processing & Web Design.

(1) Power Supply ???
(1) ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
(1) Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I73770K
(2) ASUS PB Series PB278Q 27" 5ms (GTG) WQHD HDMI Widescreen LED Monitor 2560x1440
(3) CORSAIR Vengeance LP 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CML32GX3M4A1600C10B
(1) Microsoft Windows 8 64-bit (Full Version) - OEM Pro
(3) Seagate Momentus XT STBD750100 750GB 7200 RPM 2.5" SATA 6.0Gb/s Solid State Hybrid Drive (WD Black to consider)
(2) Western Digital WD Black WD2002FAEX 2TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
(3) OCZ Vector Series VTR1-25SAT3-256G 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC
• 1 for C:\Drive for Windows and install programs
• 2 for raid (working drive) Mostly for data & video processing
(1) OCZ Vector Series VTR1-25SAT3-512G 2.5" 512GB SATA III MLC
• Drive holding Support files used on the Work drive (OCZ raided drive)
(2) ASUS PB Series PB278Q 27" 5ms (GTG) WQHD HDMI Widescreen LED Monitor 2560x1440
(1) Decent 27" monitor for around $285 (Mostly for reading or support programs such as Pdf's)
(1) EVGA 04G-P4-3687-KR GeForce GTX 680 FTW+ w/Backplate 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Note: if more room is needed for drives, lack of internal hooks, they would be on an external setup of some type.

I also have not been able to find some type of device that I could use with Windows 8 as a touchscreen. The best solution would be something around the size of a tablet or bigger.

5 monitors? or did you list your two ASUS ones twice?

I have no idea what you are doing with your storage... the WD Blacks make sense, the Seagate hybrids make sense-ish (I assume RAID?), but then I get lost in your SSDs.

256 for OS/Apps... ok.

256x2 in RAID for working space... why? Do you actually process anything at 1GB/s? You're paying for two drives where one would do and still perform as well or better in some cases.

512 for support files? What are the 750's for?

You could get 2 of these for the same price, and be more reliable and better performing.

As for power, you could probably go as low as 450W, there will probably be a bunch of people acting like they are saving the world by telling you to get the lowest PSU necessary... I wouldn't... if you get a 500W PSU now, then decide to overclock later, or add SLI/Crossfire... get at least a 650W

You got hardware to calibrate those pb278's? They are pretty crappy out of the box. Amazing screens though for that price once calibrated. Im loving it :)

A good 650w for the system you listed is more then enough and if you plan going sli later get a 750w.

I'll go with the 750. Yes hardware calibration sounds great. What are you using.
SLI. I see its a way to connect graphics. That's all I know. SLI, what are you using and what is the advantage to it?

Any particular reason for that motherboard and RAM? The ones you chose are pretty overpriced for what you're getting, in terms of features.

Mother board I'm king of stuck with.

But memory needs help. If I have to spend 20% more money to gain 5% performance, I would rather be economical. But if I can gain 10% to 15% performance by spending 25% more. That's a possibility. These are rather ambiguous numbers. The problem is, my knowledge of memory is so limited I have to go by what I am led to believe is a way to go. And one big factor to remember is I'm upgrading a computer that's eight years old, not an everyday affair for me.

What I'm trying to say is that brand is overpriced. Look for 4x8GB 1600MHz with 9-9-9-24 latencies at the most. Higher frequencies and lower timings don't add anything. Two packs of this is good.
