ASUS P8P67 review with indicative pricing

It's listed there, under "Storage", for both of them. Look further down into the specs (first link)...

I'm starting to rethink my desire for the Deluxe and get the Pro instead. Of the features I car about, the storage options, PCIe slots etc. the Pro and Deluxe are the same. I'll save some money and put that towards upgrading something else that will give me more performance.

This is what I'm thinking as well.

Could anyone explain what the Digi+ VRM is, and/or the practical difference between 16+2 and 12+2? The review seems to make a big deal of it. Most reviews are highly technical and don't explain certain things... I can really see why some people give up and buy pre-made systems.

When I read the box at my local frys the EVO board made specific mention of dual x8 mode for the two PCI-E 2.0 slots. The Pro didn't have this and left it at x16 for one slot, no mention of a dual configuration, and x4 for the black slot.

The Pro looks solid, but i'd like more confirmation on it's ability to run dual GPU's.

Edit: Ok, Asus website has the boards spec and it confirms dual 8x for the pro board http://usa.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=HMMvTCuBcZLfu2YL&templete=2

Is dual 8x fine for SLI/XFire or do you need dual 16x for full performance?

It's a bit ambiguous. It says that Intel RST supports RAID but that doesn't necessarily mean the MB supports it. I don't see anywhere in the Asus literature that it has RAID. None of the reviews mention it either. I am looking for an MB that comes with RAID since I have two RAID drives that I would like to carry over from my blown MB. I know the new Gigabyte P67 MBs have RAID but they don't have BT which isn't essential but nice to have.

Thanks for the clarification -- would be nice if we had some more detailed reviews rather than some of the sketchy preview information that's out now. Guess that's the risk you take with being an early adopter. Damn NDAs.
