Greetings.

I'm putting together an i7-920 build, and am trying to choose between these two mobos:

Gigabyte ex-58 UD3R:

Asus P6T:

Aside from the obvious difference in DIMM slots, what are some relevant differences between the boards? I'll be expecting a mild OC of 3.2GHz; 3.6GHz potential would be nice but I don't expect to run that on a daily basis. System uses will be encoding, some virtualization, and gaming. Haven't found any reviews on the gigabyte yet, which I suppose is a good sign. Thanks for any insight you can give me. I so hate shopping.

I think the UD3R can only do Crossfire and not SLI (or the other way around)

didn't see a need to spend more than the UD3 myself; p6t is no longer a rip-off either I guess
8GB w/ Server08 Ent. VM, V64 VM, Linux VM, XP host.
edited some avchd 24Mbps natively and through a proxy
Haven't tried to OC since I have stock HS & like how my PC is almost inaudible during avchd editing/burning (HS would help there too).
