Can anyone tell me what is the difference between these two boards?

The P6T Deluxe V2 is the slightly older version but both appear to have identical specs when "compared" on NewEgg.

The P6T Deluxe V2 costs slightly less but neither board has added USB3 or SATA 6Gbps. Both have dual ethernet.

I can't figure out what is the difference!

That's because the differences are minor. The P6TD lucks the FDD connector and is a bit better when it comes to ocing. AFAICT the only real difference is that of Stack Cool 3+ which is nothing more than an improvement over the original 2oz PCB design first introduced by Gigabyte. In simple words, the introduction of more copper on the PCB along with an improved design with heat dissipation in mind ends up with a cooler mobo that has more oc headroom. Or at least that's the idea.
