ASUS p5n32-sli-deluxe recommend bios settings?

Since there is no "load optimized defaults" and recommended tweaks that can be done to the bios to enhance the performance of the mb? Also, is there a way to turn off sli, if I am only using 1 video card?
 
I'm wondering about this also, p5n32-SLI SE Delux.

I've not paid attention the the "hardcore" hardware scene for a while. looking for a good BIOS setting guide for optimal performance.
 
i have this board, and let me tell you, its not that great for OC'ing. Maybe i should update the bios, but stock bios sucks for oc'ing. Other then that, it seems pretty ok.
