Asus P5K pro running 4870 at 8x speeds *UPDATE* FIXED

My computer is in my signature.

It used to run at 16x, but apparently at some point, it began running my video card at 8x. I updated my bios and video card drivers numerous times between the time that it was at 16x and when I recently checked and it was at 8x. In the bios itself, there is no option to set the card to 16x, it only lets me pick which slot is the default slot for graphics cards.

Any ideas?
