Asus P5K Intel P35 $139.99 + Ship (non-deluxe)

What's the difference between this and the deluxe?

The deluxe has a black PCB, bigger (better?) heatsink, includes Wi-Fi, more BIOS options ( I don't know what they are), 6 SATA ports vs. 4 on the regular board, dual LAN, and I think a different (better?) audio chip.

This is a great price!

I am waiting until July 22 though (might as well) and go for GA-P35C-DS3R instead.

Just bought my P5K Deluxe from these guys, shipped it same day. Hopefully it will help me push a little more out of my crappy "G" revision E6600 until 7/22 when I grab a 6750.

@Dacalo

I thought about doing the same, but I believe I will just go with a DDR2 board. DDR3 seems
to be at least a full year away before it reaches more mainstream adoption. Since AMD will
be late transitioning to DDR3, DDR2 supplies should remain healthy for a long while.

Thanks, OP,
I hadn't ordered from XPCGEAR before and I'd been looking for a place
with the P5K Deluxe in stock. Ordered one this mid-afternoon and it's already
shipped; excellent!

picked up the deluxe at Fry's B&M for $259.99. expensive i know (about $20 net difference since i don't pay shipping and i have to pay tax at newegg anyway). if i have any problems, i get another one in half an hour or just get all my money back if i don't like it. if it was an established board, i wouldn't have hesitated to buy it online but since it's new i have a $20 insurance policy 🙂

i almost bought the DFI 965P-S from NewEgg then it went out of stock. i consider myself lucky. lots of noise issues. that would be annoying as hell. i hope this board overclocks likes crazy.
