Asus P5E3 Premium vs Maximus Extreme

I have my eyes set on the P5E3 Premium at the moment, it seems to be the best X48 chipset mobo out there. It supports crossfire, support for more than 2 cards in crossfire, pci-e 2.0, ddr3 (which I want), apparently is a good overclocker w/ decent bios features including multiplier 0.5x modifiers (eg 8.5x), and most importantly supports the latest 45nm Intel quad core CPU architecture. I think its slightly better than the Maximum Extreme, and worth the buy. Your choice and why?

What Yoxxy said, comparing an x48 with ddr3 to and x38 with only ddr2 is an unbalanced comparison, but if those were the two you were split between then it seems pretty obvious you should wait for the P5E3 Premium.
