Asus P5B vs Gigabyte 965P-S3, who's better?

P5B or 965P-S3, not the DS version.
which one will give me more stable, OCing for my money?

Hey everyone..
first of all, im new here! heyaaaaaa

I want to get a new machine soon, my cpu probably be: E6300.

Now, I'm thinking over 2 main mobo's:
ASUS P5B .. or Gigabyte 965P-S3 or DS3.

now, I cant get any better version of Asus mobo due to my budget..
which one of those mobo's is more stable, and would give better OC to my new baby?
or maybe there is a better mobo at that price range (around 185$, thats the price of those mobos where I live, Israel..)

DS3 is better than the standard P5B, but the P5B-E and Deluxe are better still.

P5B-D/E better than the DS3 or S3 IMO.

The S3 is better than P5B basic for OC.
