Congrats! I've been thinking long and hard about buying this board, but haven't even seen many places that have them in stock.

Where did you get yours?

I've worried about the limited core voltage adjustments and saw that anandtech said that Asus was planning on increasing these options in a revised BIOS, but I haven't seen one on there web sites (US and Global).

Are you pushing the voltage?
Have you seen a new BIOS with more than the 0.1 adjustment available?

The board shipped with bios 10.02 and is Rev 1.04.
CPU Vcore adjustments are available from 1.525-1.95 in .025 increments.
DDR adjustments from 2.55-2.85 in .10 increments.
I purchased it from Ajump , they shipped very quickly. :beer:

The price is cheaper at Essencompu with $9 shipping. They ship two days Fedex. No tax for CA residence.

ProfessorFate, thanks for the info. It's been very helpful. I just ordered mine from Ajump.

One more question. Is there a fan header on the board that can be used to install a fan on the Northbridge, and did you install one? Hardocp mentioned that it ran fairly hot and had to be cooled to max their overclocking.

It is great to finally see a 655TX board available. I want the Gigabyte iteration instead of ASUS as I won't be overclocking or need the WiFi but I do want the IDE RAID option, and of course, the nice colors of the GA-8S655TX-Ultra. I think that the Gigagbyte has a NB fan instead of a heatsink like the Asus.
