Asus P4s800D-E raid/ide driver install trouble

My secondary IDE controller on the machine i am building doesn't work so i need to install my ata 133 hard drive on the onboard raid port of the motherboard. I have been assured that the port works for regular IDE functions but just needs to have the drivers loaded (f6 on windows install). Asus's website has a section for downloading an IDE controller, I hope it is the one i need, but regardless, it doesn't have a floppy disc creator in the folder, just a setup file for installing on the computer i have running, any ideas?
