Is this a decent mobo, I can get it for dirt cheap but I can find no reviews and very little information...

It's essentially an update of the P4S533 with Hyper Threading & USB 2.0 support. It's a decent overclocker, tops out at around 155-160fsb.

It's a great board for a value system.
