Asus P4S533 problem(Fixed)

Edit *Memory stick was not seated fully*

Hey all here is my problem. When I power up the system I do not get video, beep codes. I do get a voice message though, i just keeps repeating. I can not understand it though it repeats to quickly and the case speaker is not helping any.
Here are the specs
1.)P4 2.4
2.)Asus P4S533
3.)A 512 stick of Crucial 2700
4.)Matrox G550
5.)Lite on 300 watt PS I also tired a 400 watt PS

Here is what I am thinking, if the CPU or the memory was bad I should get a voice message from the board or at the very least a beep code.

Any ideas?
