Asus P4pe ?

I'am looking to buy an Asus P4PE and would like to use my old tower. My old case is a Supermicro 750 which has a Asus cubx mobo in it right now. I have already bought the Antec true power 430watt power supply. So would anyone know why this wouldn't work?

Should be ok. My o/c'ed 2.53, p4pe, and Enermax 350 get along just fine.
