asus p4p800-e problem

i finally got the cash to buy a new motherboard and now it doesnt work. i can get past the bios screen but when it tries to boot up windows, it restarts. ive tried everything. does anyone have any suggestions?

Well you say everything but did you reinstall windows with the new M/B. Because you really do need to do that.

Secondly, does it give you a stop error of any kind. 3rd if you did reinstall did you experience random rebooting throughout installation if so you might have heat problems.

Try booting up in Safe Mode and look under your hardware manager and re-install any drivers that may been conflicting with the motherboard change. Then I would also install the latest Intel motherboard drivers.
