Asus P4C800-E Deluxe or Gigabyte GA-8KNXP?

Which would you recommend? I have 2x Kingston HyperX 512MB PC-3500 memory and Alpha pal8492 cooler. I'll try to overclock 2.4C proc to somewhere around 3GHz. Which one has less problems.

Id get the P4C800-E myself. I was actually thinking of getting that, but I went with P4P800 instead. The only thing it has over the P4P800 is Intel CSA gigabit, which is pretty much useless unless you are in some big network. And some more Sata support I believe. The $50-60 price difference is not worth it.

Good point! Maybe I'll just get P4P800, seems to be even faster than these two?
