We're building some computers here at work, these are specs on them:

P4 1.6
P4b533-VM
Antec SL300S
20gig WD HD

The bios reports that there is a problem in hardware monitor, so we go there, and it shows that the power fan is running at too low of an RMP (1600). There is no other fan in the system right now. Its basically barebone, just mobo, hd & cd.

The CPU temp is at 38C so everything should be good to go. Does anyone know why we are getting this error message?
