What's the real difference?

Was thinking about picking up a northwood(1.6 or 1.8) and was wondering what's the real difference in these 2 boards.

Always thought I'd stay AMD, but have case/RAM/HDD's/drives for another computer, so................

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! Been away from the boards for a few months and missed out on a lot :(

The P4B uses an Intel chipset while the P4S uses a SiS chipset.

Right now, the P4B533 is my favorite motherboard. Even if you AREN'T overclocking, I'd still recommend this one.

Take it from a P4S533 owner(myself). Get the P4B533 if you're going to overclock. The P4S533 is overclocking features limited(no agp/pci lock, etc). It seems to hit a brick wall at 150MHZ(600 QDR) frontside bus. Otherwise it's a very stable board.

Another vote for P4B533, I also had several P4S-33 boards, they are fine if your only overclocking to 133fsb on a 100fsb chip, other than that, the B version is better (I went from S533 to B533)
