Whenever the PC is on and do a regular reboot the BIOS displays all my IDE drives fail and refuses to start. Also, if I interrupt my BIOS during it's turn on check from cold boot the same issue arises. The only way to fix this is to completely turn off the PC and let it do it's thing by itself. Does this sound like a bad board, bad BIOS revision, or what? Thanks in advance!!

I have exactly the opposite problem with this board. Warm reboot is okay every time, Cold boot (after shutdown PC) sometimes make my computer failed to boot properly, have to turn off and try again. Thus, I don't shut down my PC often.

Your problem seems result from a bad IDE cable or harddrive. Try changing a new IDE cable, see if it works.

Thank you SO much for your suggestion. I will try that. I don't think it could be a bad hard drive because I added a WD SE 80gig in addition to my original IBM 60gig and the problem persists.
