how much should it be if i am going to buy them now? is $259 w/o shippping+tax too expensive? any idea where i can find both of 'em cheap?
 
I bought these about a month ago, and I paid 138 + shipping for the P4 @ newegg, and 115 for the mobo + shipping @ MWave... So 250 for the combo sounds like a pretty good deal. I would have bought both from newegg, but they were sold out of the mobo, and mwave's price on the P4 was about 15 dollars more on the P4, so I went with two separate vendors. I got the newegg part one day prior to the mwave part, and newegg is generally cheaper on shipping... But if you can get a combo bundle, that's the best way to go.
 
You're not going to find it for any cheaper and from a more reputable place than newegg right now. That's a great deal for everything.
If you were going to overclock that chip though, it might be better to go with the Abit Th7II(which uses RDram though).. it's a more expensive board though.
