Asus P4B266 boards lock PCI/AGP?

I was told that the Asus P4B266 locks its PCI/AGP bus after it reaches a 133fsb. Is there any truth to this and if so, where's the documentation that says it will do this? Is there a website or a page in the manual that says it will do this? I was thinking about getting one and I am curious if you have the option to lock it or if it does it through the chipset.

I have read that the pci/agp is locked when you choose turbo1 mode for the memory. I've only read this on these boards and have seen no confirmation though. That said, mine fsb is running at 150 Mhz and I've seen no pci/agp issues (using turbo1).
