Asus P4B and ATI All in Wonder Radeon?

I'm thinking of getting the asus p4b and a P4 cpu, but I want to run my existing ATI All in Wonder Radeon on it.

I see the p4b only runs video boards that are 1.5volt. The All in Wonder Radeon is agp 2x/4x. Does that mean it's a 1.5 volt video board? I don't want to fry either of them.
