ok HELP!!!! Locks up all the time ....

i shut down my computer took all my sh*t out except my hercules card... then i deleted my partitions then i created one.. then i restarted.. then i formatted... then i restarted... then i put my win2k cd in, booted up with it.. formatted my drive to ntfs ... then i installed win2k.... win2k was installed, i put in the cd that i made with the 4 in 1 drivers... i installed them... i restarted... i installed my video drivers... restarted then came back to windows and shutdown... installed my sh*t... nic card on bottom.. sblive 2 slots above it... and nothing else in any pci slot.... turned back on my computer came into windows it setup my nic card, sblive 5.1 drivers are not in win2k so they didnt install.... then i was getting online to download icq and the sh*t locked up... and it locks up when im downloading a lot, and sometimes just out of the blue, but most of the time its when im downloading or browsing the web...

also, with the asus pc probe thing, it says my cpu speed is set at like 700 and the max is 800 .. does that mean my sh*t is 800 mhz?
