Asus or Gigabyte motherboard?

hi, im looking at getting either a gigabyte or an asus motherboard and i need help deciding which one would be better and why.

Also if u know tell me if it has a stable bios and works easily with ram and with Sata 2 hard drives.

I myself also recommend the gigabyte as well, Presently have a 939 nforce3 and love it. Worked right out of the box and very stable. If the 754 is like mine, it will not OC much.

I also had a ASUS socket "A". Loved it, but took a little work to get set up and if I can find a Processor I want to make a HTPC from it as it has sound storm.
