In my Bios, the CPU multiplier is set to auto. It says 6.5X. Shouldn't my CPU be at 11.5? At bootup it still reads XP1800. And in windows it post the right speed. When I put it on manual and set it to 11.5 it states that it's an overclock. Any ideas?
