ASUS motherboard for SB integrated graphics

What is your price range? There are some VERY expensive Asus Z68 boards, but based on your other hardware choices of hardware I dont think you want to spend too much on the board.

Hard to say. Perhaps around 150$? What features do these expensive Z68 boards have, that 'H' series don't have? I know the differences between Z and H, but I mean in this specific situation what is the difference?

You will be perfectly fine with a H67. Z68 will a nice to have only if you are planning on using a SSD. btw, i3 2105 is a great processor! is has HD3000

SRT with the Z68 is only useful if you plan to use a 64GB or less SSD as a cache for a larger HDD.

Based on the CPU choice and price point I would say ASUS P8H67-M EVO. It is pretty much the top of the line Asus H67 board and is still considerably under 150 dollars here in the states. Not sure what the price is in Lituania.

EDIT: I just converted the currency and that board is 170 dollars. My suggestion to you is to find an Asus H67 board with the Intel NIC and USB 3.0. While you may not need USB 3.0 now, it will be very useful to have it in the future and will not require you to upgrade since you will already have it.

Thank you for your replies, they helped to see a better picture of choosing an MB. I won't be buying this PC for now, but I might in the coming month.
