Bad BIOS checksum. Starting BIOS Recovery
Checking for floppy. .
 
Sounds like the BIOS is corrupted. Can you insert the cd that came with the MB and see if the recovery software to re flash the BIOS is on there?

the board is P5KPL-AM-SE
I don't have disc. The old board failed to start with Processor fan rotating. Came to e-bay, bought the same model board,
Started AND got see picture....
