Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe

I'm looking to update my bios and i need some help. Cant seem to find the right bios update for my board and if possible can i get a decent guide to help me because I've never flashed the bios before. Current board is the asus M2N-SLI Deluxe and the current bios version is 0404.

Last update I did last weekend was BIOS version 0903 I think. It's on Asus's website.

this motherboard works GREAT...only thing that i don't like about the board it the cpu heat sink mount...im using a zalman 9700 and the placement for the zalman isn't right and the air blows down instead of out the back exhaust. i got some pictures if you would like
