can someone please help me. i have a asus m2n-e motherboard and i am planning an upgrade.

i want to put 4GB ofDDR2 6400 PC2 800MHZ (2X2GB)
AMD ATHLON 64 X2 5200+ BRISBANE CPU (AM2 SOCKET)
RADEON HD 4670 GRAPHICS CARD


my psu is 500w and i have bios acpi revision 1601

can my board take this and if not what do i need to do.

any advice would be appreciated. thanks for reading.
